About Us

Law Office of Karl S. Thurmond is dedicated to providing high quality representation to businesses confronted with intricate and sophisticated problems. Our broad practice encompasses business litigation and trials, business counseling, and employment litigation and counseling. 
We have the problem solving skills, experience, and practical judgment that are essential to implementing winning legal strategies. We have structured our practice to ensure that our clients get the personal attention of seasoned lawyers who are committed to obtaining the best possible results.  
We have experience on both sides of the courtroom, regularly representing clients who are both plaintiffs and defendants. Our clients include several Fortune 500 companies. The variety of our practice has taught us to be flexible, creative, and innovative in our approach to the litigation process. We understand that each case requires a different strategy which takes into account the practical business realities of the matter.
